No mold, sockets not falling out of the wall, doors close, toilet doesn't leak. Think my bar is low? Think again. We stayed in different hotels in Addis and beyond, and only this one was properly clean and functional,so we could relax.

Staff were very helpful and always eager to assist. I got a free upgrade and condiments were sent to my room. They also advised becoming a member for additional discounts and with the membership got a late check out for free which was needed.

- Location is excellent - Business lounge was quiet, good wifi, and wonderful staff - All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly - Hotel Manager was very helpful and sorted out issues promptly - Spa and Gym were excellent features - Shuttle / ordering cars was easy - Hotel restaurant Chef was very accommodating and friendly, all the staff there were great - Cafe Tomoca is a nice feature with great coffee and pastries
